What can you recommend to buy for a 5-year-old child? I have already tested many entertainment devices and nothing has helped, now I want to buy something to develop motor skills, what do you recommend?

What I recommend is that you ask your question on one of the many sites for parents of young children. You would be much more likely to get useful advice there than on a web development forum.
